1) Significant* experience in providing **strategic advice and making recommendations to management (Manager level and above) on ***complex procurement, program or project delivery issues. This includes: Risk and Issue Management, Change Management, Client Service Delivery, Program Planning (including financial and human resources) and Priority Setting.
2) Significant* experience in leading collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as other internal branches, government departments/agencies (Provincial, Territorial, or Federal), Industry and Private Sector on complex procurement issues.
