Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a People in Deals Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work on a wide variety of interesting, important & challenging projects
Partner directly with some of the best and brightest teammates and clients
Execute important work and strategically identify areas of opportunity to ensure our clients are receiving holistic solutions
Perform HR due diligence (some, or all of HR compliance, labour relations, benefits/ compensation, HR communications, HR operations and HR technology, talent and culture) identifying and quantifying deal associated risks and opportunities,
Identify deals related issues and considerations attributed to employee rewards, culture, talent, retention, HR systems and structure with target company and lead diligence discussions
Coordinate findings with other diligence teams the Client, external advisors, including accounting, tax, information technology and legal
Develop, coach, and mentor junior team members, including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
Integrate a people capabilities lens into our end to end client support through coaching, advocacy, and education of stakeholders about the importance of people in deals
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
Experience conducting HR due diligence - from a financial & operational perspective and/or from a strategic leadership, talent, organizational culture point of view
Have Transactions experience thorough the full life cycle of an acquisition
Previous experience in professional services/consulting environment
Client focused - providing timely insights & responses to clients' needs and concerns
Teamwork - proven ability to partner cross functionally to ensure our clients receive the best integrated solutions.
Business development and client pursuit activities by supporting in the preparation of proposals.
Great teammate - A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives. Partnering across service lines, geographies, and functional expertise will be a key to your success
Strong communication (including active listening) and presentation skills
Growth mindset - continuous learning, seek to improve, embrace new ideas, perspectives, technology. An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

In addition, one or more of the following areas of additional expertise would also be an asset:
Experience with integration &/or large scale transformation programs
MBA and/or advanced education is helpful
Multilingual abilities would be a asset
