Accounts Payable Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a well-established company in Winnipeg for an Accounts Payable Administrator.

Responsibilities
- Database administration including data entry
- Invoice Management
- Month-end accruals
- Reviewing monthly statements
- Responding to vendor and supplier inquiries
- Paper filing
-Other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications
What are we looking for?

- 1-2 years experience in accounts payable
- Professional team player with strong communication skills and adaptable
- Excellent understanding and application of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A great student mentality - you are not afraid to ask questions!
- Detail-oriented, adaptable with a solid ability to multi-task
