Our customer, a trusted leader in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry, is looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join its customer service team.
Workplace : Laval, in person When: Immediately Salary: 50-55k depending on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time, 8 hours a day PERMANENT POSITION Bilingualism required

Responsibilities Respond to customer needs by phone or e-mail. -Enter customer orders from the profit center. -Manage warranty files -Ability to handle different tasks at the same time -Solve problems related to customer orders -Handle customer returns -Manage daily purchases -All other administrative and related tasks
Qualifications -Post-secondary education an asset -Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. -Strong ability to prioritize -Team spirit Positive, results-oriented attitude -Ability to take initiative -Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite -Ability to learn new systems quickly -Ability to work independently -Bilingual in French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills, as you will be managing relationships with customers who speak only French or English
