WORKING SHOP FOREMAN RV Technician

RANGELAND RV IS HIRING A WORKING SHOP FOREMAN.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced journeyman RV Technician to join our team as a working shop foreman. Brand new RV dealership just opened !

Some job duties included:

• To implement and oversee effective and efficient work procedures, ensuring completion of work in a timely, efficient and safe manner
• Provide appropriate coaching, guidance and supervision of shop personnel
• Assist with verification of parts required and procedures to be used for repairs when required
• Assist with determining warranty authorization
• Work closely with the service manager with scheduling daily work and provide progress report
• To perform periodic quality control checks of completed work
• Perform selective repair work without sacrificing supervisory duties
• Liaison between manufacturers and vendors when extensive diagnostics are required
• Maintain shop cleanliness and security of shop assets
• Ensure that all company policies, practices and procedures are followed including, but not limit

Qualifications:

- Journeyman RV Tech

- Leadership/manager experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
