Marketing Assistant (Mandarin or Cantonese Speaking)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and very organized individual to provide support to a busy and growing Real Estate Team! This person will actively support and assist our team in building our business and forming long-term business relationships.

Location: Markham, ON

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-time, Permanent

• Monday - Friday (weekends as needed)

• Full-time:* 9 am - 5 pm Part-time: 4 hour shifts (flexible hours)

Wage: $20.00 - $23.00 hourly

Minimum 2-3 years of Marketing experience is required and wage will be based on this.

Responsibilities

• * Digital & Print Graphic Art Creation & Related Services

• Video Editing (i.e. Evergreen, Targeted, IG Reels, TikTok, etc)

• Email Ad Creation (i.e. Mailchimp, Bombbomb, YAMM, etc)

• Social Media Strategy Management

• Social Media Post Creation, Content Calendar & Related Management

• Social Media Advertising & Related Management (i.e. FB, IG, YouTube, TikTok, etc)

• Print Ad Creation & Related Management (i.e. Newspaper, Flyer, Postcard, etc)

Qualifications

• *Strong competency in Canva & Adobe Creative Suite applications(i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign).

• Strong competency in video editing tools (i.e. Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc).

• Experience in using email marketing systems (e.g. Bombbomb, YAMM, MailChimp etc)

• Fluency in social media marketing strategies and advertising, including paid and organic ads.

• Create and manage print & social media post for Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold Flyer

• Manage the production of print marketing material

• A portfolio of previous digital and print design work that demonstrates creativity and aesthetic excellence.
