Job Title: Part-Time Studio Associate
Location: RESET Renfrew, 142B Raglan Street South, Renfrew
About Us:
RESET Renfrew is the hottest (and coldest) new business in town. The studio is a safe and inviting space for those seeking recovery and rejuvenation. From the custom sauna room to the cold plunges to other wellness recovery tools, members and guests will soon be able to call RESET their home for resetting the body and mind. Set to open in February, we are looking to welcome 1-2 awesome team members who are passionate about wellness and enjoy putting smiles on others’ faces!
About the Role:
We are a small studio (boutique or cute some may say!) suited for our small town! This means that our team members may wear many hats, but most of the time you’ll be:
- A Customer Service Ace: Welcome members and guests, answer questions, and provide guidance where applicable.
- Taking Care of the Studio that takes Care of People: Ensure that Saunas, Cold Plunges and Common Areas are clean, stocked and Instagram-worth at all times!
- Keeping the Flow: Assist with scheduling, check-ins, and other member related needs in-person, by phone or email.
- Educational Selling: Provide detailed information on memberships, packages, and retail items – ensuring that members and guests are setup for success.
- Enhancing our Community: RESET is a community within a community where you’ll build connections with members, encouraging positive vibes and an inclusive atmosphere.
What You Bring:
- Above all we are looking for a positive and caring person.
- A genuine passion for wellness, your friends may say you’re a yogi, a health-nut, a gym-rat or something of the sort … we’d say you’re inspiring!
- Strong communication skills – you’re warm, approachable and a natural conversationalist.
- Reliable, dependable, and responsible. You will be required to work alone at times.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or wellness is a bonus but not required – we’ll train the right person!
