Pro Shop Attendant

This position is both Full time and Part time

A pro shop attendant at River Spirit Golf Club is a integral part in ensuring happy customers and smooth operations. We are looking for someone who is customer service oriented and works well with others. Being able to multi task is essential to this role.

Responsibilities of a pro shop attendant include:

• Taking Payments and ensuring their correctness.
• Answering phone calls & voicemails in a timely fashion.
• Checking in golfers.
• Booking tee times.
• Helping out during tournaments/ organizing and setting up.
• Restocking inventory and keeping taking counts.
• Cleaning the pro shop and club house
• Ensuring that golf course etiquette is maintained, by staff and guests.
• Assisting back shop staff when needed.
• Assisting with starters and marshals when needed.
• Completing all daily tasks by the end of your shift.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service.

Schedule:

• 8 Hour shifts
• Opening Shifts
• Closing Shifts
• Weekends

Requirements:

• Customer service experience is considered an asset.
• Good communication and social skills.
• The ability to multi task.
• A basic understanding of golf course etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and walk up stairs.
• Must be able to work weekends
• The ability to work from the start of the season to the end of the season.
