Dining Room Server-Hotel

The Rodd Charlottetown is looking for experienced server to join their term to work full-time, days and weekends in the Dining Room.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with customers, and take orders for food and drinks.
• Plan and present menu.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Ability to Sell or influence others for up selling and suggestive selling.
• Provide recommendations and suggestions to guest for choosing menu items
• Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Keep the work area neat and clean at all times; clean up after customers and clean work area.
• Provide guidance to guests on hotel activities, dining options and general hotel and Regional information.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and Promotions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.40 per hour
