Farm: Rosana Farms Ltd

Location: Kindersley, SK

Wage: $25-$35 dependant on experience

Hours: 80 hrs/week during seeding/harvest, 40 hrs/week during off season

Sundays are never worked

Type: Seasonal (full time for months April-November)

Ideally, we are looking for an employee to come back year after year to work seasonally during the busy season.

Description:

The candidate chosen will be operating farm equipment during the busy seasons. This could include seeding, rolling, rock picking, combining, harrowing etc.

They will also be expected to clean equipment, general yard maintenance, assist with any building projects, repair/maintenance machinery and any other related tasks that are assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• English - spoken and written
• Able to work overtime as required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Operation of heavy equipment
• GPS and John Deere software familiarity is an asset
• Previous farming experience is an asset
• Class 1A is an asset (will be reflected in wage)
