We are looking to hire a receptionist to join our insurance brokerage on a full-time basis. While previous work as a receptionist is not required, our ideal candidate would be friendly and motivated with some customer service experience and be fluently bilingual in servicing clients verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, data entry and faxing
Requirements:
Bilingual in servicing clients verbally and in writing
Possess solid computer skills and ability to learn new software/programs
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
High school/CEGEP degree
