To optimize sale performance by leveraging the brand, enhancing customer experience and increase an emotional connection. Our Store Manager ensures that our Brand Ambassadors will help each client determine the right product for their personal needs and will lead the management team direction. The Store Manager will be accountable for creating a positive client experience and highlights the culture that embodies Rudsak.
Key Accountabilities
Business Leader
Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement with clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service
Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently exceed the overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
Strategically manage scheduling to address business needs
Ensure that high standards of the visual aspect of the store and customer service are maintained at all times.
Analyze store performance, reporting current business trend to cover every aspect of the business including competitor performance.
Lead the team on executing superior customer service and after sales experience to increase and retain client loyalty
Capture meaningful client data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client development opportunities.
Communicates company set KPI’s and implements strategies.
Train all Brand Ambassadors on product knowledge and other operational tools in order to ensure retail excellence.
Attract, recruit and retain a high performing team and ensure consistent onboarding experience
Operations
Collaborate all departments while adhering to and enforcing all company policies and procedures
Comply with all Loss Prevention and visual standards
Ensure to respect the health and security standards
Manage inventory logistics
Perform other duties including store cleanliness
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ sales management experience in retail luxury setting
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
Flexibility to work retail schedule which will include evenings, weekend and holidays
Strong analytical skills
Strong organizational skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
