Job Description: Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively, manage company social media accounts and website
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand management
Experience:
- Strong interest and skill in design and photography/videography an asset
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools, Adobe
- Experience managing budgets and working within financial constraints
