Customer Service Advisor

Savoy Equipment is a VERY BUSY Outdoor Power and Construction Equipment business as well as a Full Service Equipment Rental company and we are looking to permanently add GREAT PEOPLE in our Kelowna location. We are looking for positive, enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work and like to go the extra mile to provide great service. Ideally you would have experience in Outdoor Power Equipment Sales and/or Service, and/or Parts, but a great attitude with some mechanical aptitude would be an ideal start and we are not hesitant to invest in training good people. Applicants should have decent computer skills, and be reasonably fit. Our ideal candidates would be able to work a heavier schedule in our busy Spring/Summer season and enjoy some extra time off in the Winter. Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record and modify customer information within the database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
