Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Weld and solder pipes and fittings together
- Collaborate with other construction professionals & technicians, to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, bend, and assemble pipes
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure their longevity including water filtration and drain systems.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools for cutting, bending, and assembling pipes
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measuring and sizing pipes
- Capability to lift heavy objects as required for plumbing installations
Skills:
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting schematics
