The Order Fulfillment Clerk will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders by means of picking, packing, and shipping goods to their destination within established guidelines.

Here's What You'll Get To Do

• Ensures orders are accurately and safely picked, packed and shipped with processes followed
• Works with the SickKids receiving department to ensure orders are sent to shipping company daily
• Advises Manager of any out of stock and /or shortages
• Performs the receiving function for all merchandise, checks orders to packing slips and purchase orders and enters into system
• Maintains product quality through rotation of products and expiry date checks
• Maintains efficient flow of merchandise from the stock room to the selling area
• Assists with annual inventory counts
• Complies with and ensures all loss prevention systems and procedures are performed according to established guidelines.
• Ensures stock areas are secured after leaving or while in the area
• Complies with all HSC Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures aisles and floors are kept clear and safe for customers and employees.
• Ensures key controls are in place at all times.
• Has a clear understanding of the operation's workflow and priorities, especially the e-commerce order processes
• Follows up with customers questions regarding their order status

Here's What You'll Need

• Minimum Grade 12 education
• 3-5 years' experience in a warehouse or distribution center considered an asset
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Provides efficient and pleasant customer service
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Basic proficiency with computers
• A commitment to understanding and aiding in the pursuit of equity, diversity & inclusion
