Bartender/Server Experienced

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Greet customers as soon as they arrive and seat them.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections, food, and daily specials.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Ensure cleanliness of tables.
• Organize cutlery and ensure cutlery is clean prior to arranging inside napkins.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately using our POS system.
• Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures.
• Strong math skills for accurately processing payments and making change.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using a point-of-sale (POS) system for order entry and payment processing.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Cashiering experience is a plus.

Smart Serve is MANDATORY.
