Automation Technician, Paint
Position Summary
Serve as a plant resource for line improvements, line automation, realignment of product flow equipment and machinery in conjunction with Engineering and Maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Monitor equipment (including documentation, recording spec. qualifications):
- Wash system
- Fluid delivery equipment
- Wash-bay and Steamer room
- Kitchen
- Rework
- Product Quality – Paint finish
- Waste Water Treatment – Titrate chemistry
- Post Department Customer Satisfaction
- Scheduled Activity Equipment Maintenance
- Monitor product consumption (chemicals, paints, consumables, etc.)
- Preventative maintenance
- Emergency minor maintenance (i.e. Gun replacements, etc.)
- Engineering trials
- Equipment troubleshooting
- Assist in training of new painters (in booth – practical)
- Must be flexible for all shifts and work overtime.
- Other duties as assigned
