WE OFFER

• Permanent full-time position
• Hourly rate: 20,50$
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 7am to 3h30pm (40 hours)
• 2 weeks vacation
• 3 personal days

YOUR ROLE

According to production needs, the Production Team Member performs a variety of tasks to support the operators, This position requires good physical strength.

• Palletize finished product at end of machine
• Strap/Unitize product
• Create tags (Amtech) and apply to loads
• Strip scrap from boxes and foam sheets
• Bale scrap / Sweep/ Housekeeping/ Keep a clean safe working area
• Counting inventory
• Set up production equipment
• Operate production equipment
• Complete Quality Reports and other required documentation
• Perform all other tasks assigned by Supervisor

YOUR PROFILE

• High school diploma and experience in a similar role is an asset
• Must have basic computer skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Capacity to read and understand drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with taking exact measurements with both metric and imperial system
• Technical capabilities to set up and operate production equipment
• Ability to support and adapt to pace of machine
• Exhibit safe work ethics is a must
• Have a positive, engaged contributor style attitude and communications
• Quick learner with technical aspects of work and with production equipment
• Organisation skills, detail-oriented and quality-conscious

Other requirements

The position requires walking and standing. Can be physically demanding at times. Some tasks may require bending, kneeling, reaching, as well as work outside and inside.

Pay: $20.50 per hour
