Position: Subprime Sales & Finance Manager

Location: Oakville, ON

Job Description: As a Subprime Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to assist customers in obtaining financing for vehicles, despite credit obstacles. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate credit applications and determine financing options for customers with subprime credit histories.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability while meeting the needs of the customer.
• Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing options.
• Ensure all financing paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting subprime lending.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive finance or sales
• Strong understanding of credit underwriting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency with finance and insurance (F&I) software and systems.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive finance or sales
• Valid OMVIC license is required
