Your role

While we continue to automate as many billing and claims activities as possible, there are just things computers can't do. That's where you come in. As the company's customer service coordinator, you work directly with the customer to resolve payment issues, provide them answers to their billing questions, help customers report their claims, and direct claims inquiries. You are detail-oriented and organized, and pride yourself on delivering outstanding service to those you assist.

Your compensation benefits

- Salary: $40,119 – 45,849 per year.

- 3-weeks, not 2-weeks, of vacation to start and an additional week after only 3 years.

Your responsibilities

As a member of Square One's support team, you are directly involved in all aspects of the company's operations. Your primary responsibilities include:

- Taking inbound calls related to the billing and payments on policies
- Taking inbound claim reports and direct claims inquiries
- Following up (by phone and email) on billing-related activities.
- Contributing to quality control initiatives.

Your education experience

Your experience and education help ensure your success at Square One. For this role, you have:

- 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Experience using Google Chrome.
- Proficiency in numeracy.
- Previous billing experience.
- Bilingual in French preferred.
