Educational Assistant

St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Schools invites applications for a full-time probationary Educational Assistant position at St. Augustine School in Ponoka, Alberta. This position will begin as soon as possible.

Academic and social support for individual students in a small and large group settings is required. An understanding of Indigenous Learning, Response to Intervention, strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills, and optimistic attitude, and a willingness to be flexible with duties in an ECS-Gr. 12 environment are assets. The Successful candidates offer of employment will be conditional upon receipt of a recent (within 6 months) Criminal Record check inclusive of vulnerable sector and a recent (within 6 months) Alberta Children's Intervention Record Check.
