Stonewrights is looking to hire a Dedicated Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate must be a mature and self-motivated individual and be a team player with the other Project Coordinators within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School diploma or GED or 1 year’s equivalent experience and training.

· Ability to write short correspondence.

· Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.

· Ability to understand and fulfil instructions received orally, in writing or in diagram format.

· Ability to use basic principles in problem solving situations that arise both in the office and on site.

· Ability to work with basic Microsoft Office as well as CAD software

· Bilingual is an asset

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Answering phones & directing customers to appropriate person

· Read and comprehend blueprints, cabinet layouts and any other schematic provided while using the obtained information to accurately estimate, design and deliver complete accurate product to the customer.

· Apply other product specifications to our projects and confidently make decisions through design and function if the products or design will work and meet expectations.

· Clearly communicate with customers, designers, site supervisors, plumbers and other Stonewrights Staff.

· Accurately set client meetings, so that the process to meet the schedule is not interrupted through any delay of Stonewrights.

· Accurately schedule individual jobs for the appropriate procedures necessary to achieve timelines and completion of work required.

· Educate the customers and clients on product characteristics, selection procedures, Template procedures, Install procedures and if necessary, payment procedures.

· Maintain and build business relationships with clients from all levels of the operations, designers, estimators, site supervisors, purchasing.

· Belong to the team and assist others to achieve a higher level of quality and efficiency while improving overall knowledge and understanding of the company.

· Performs any new tasks or duties pertaining to this position at the discretion of the Coordinators Manager.

· Recording and filing of all information pertaining to individual jobs using JS Solutions. All details and note are to be accurately filed and documented.

· Ability to deal with conflict and successfully negotiate to resolve customer or client issues. As well as determining when to escalate the concern to higher powers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
