**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent customer service skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling, Accounting Tasks
**Skills:**
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on service excellence
- Solid administrative skills including organization and time management
- Ability to computerize data efficiently and accurately
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
