Retail Store Supervisor

• Assisting customers with product selection, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
• Training and coaching staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales trends, and adjusting strategies to meet targets.
• Ensuring the store is visually appealing by arranging displays and implementing visual
• merchandising guidelines.
• Managing inventory levels, including receiving, organizing, and restocking products.
• Providing ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and sales skills. Opening and closing the store, including reconciling cash and preparing daily reports.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to implement advertising and promotional materials.
• Training staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues professionally and effectively.
• Providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Co-ordinate work activities with other departments. Establish work schedules. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
