Position: Processing Technician
Compensation: $19-$22 per hour

Responsibilities:
As a Processing Technician at Supernova Farms, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of cannabis products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Trimming, making prerolls, packaging, and inventory control.
- Managing and supervising other processing workers.
- Label verifications and ordering of materials.
- Quality checks to maintain product standards.
- Cleaning and maintaining processing rooms.
- Harvesting and transporting cannabis between rooms.
- Removing stems, grinding, weighing, packing, labeling, and related tasks.
- Accurately documenting all work performed using strong documentation practices.
- Following strict protocols for cleanliness and sterility inside the production area and facility.
- Regular and daily facility cleaning and upkeep.
- Ensuring compliance with safe work practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and all applicable regulations.
- Performing other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Reliable car for the commute (no public transportation available).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Clean criminal record.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform a series of repetitive operations requiring manual dexterity and visual accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude, able to work cohesively in a group or independently as required.
