General Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our establishment, including team management, food safety, customer service, and financial performance. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and exceptional customer service
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of kitchen operations is preferred but not required

Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
