Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Night Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Night Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods to ensure our shelves are stocked with fresh products every morning.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items, including bread, pastries, cookies, and cakes according to established recipes and standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter, following recipes precisely.
• Operate and maintain all baking equipment.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of baked goods.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times.
• Decorate and finish baked products as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and report any shortages or equipment issues.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to innovate and create new bakery items.

Requirements:

• Previous baking experience is preferred, especially in a commercial or retail bakery setting.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and familiarity with baking equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy bags of flour and other ingredients.
• A passion for baking and a creative mindset.
