As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service in a friendly and efficient manner. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner. - Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and drink orders. - Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately. - Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest experience. - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with precision. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. - Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations. - Assist in food preparation and handling when necessary. - Provide attentive and personalized service to meet guests' needs. - Address any customer inquiries or concerns professionally. Requirements: - Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred. - Proficiency in math for handling transactions and order accuracy. - Knowledge of food safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment. - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. - Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional guest services. - Willingness to learn and adapt to varying guest preferences. - Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights. Pay: $17.00-$18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 40 per week
