Pest Control Customer Service Representative - REMOTE

Looking for another individual to join our office as a pest control customer service representative (WORK FROM HOME) for Monday to Thursday 12 PM - 6 PM, and Friday 10 AM - 6 PM. Willing to accept someone for fewer days or alternative hours, but Fridays are a must, and the hours available must be between 8 AM - 7 PM.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Replying to emails
• Scheduling clients and technicians
• Confirming appointments
• Post-service follow-ups
• Collecting payment

Qualifications

• Self-learner, as most of our training is via written docs & videos.
• Able to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Organized and self-motivated
• Professional and confident demeanor and phone skills
• Proficient with Google Drive applications such as Google Docs & Google Sheets
• Proficient with technology in general, as most of our business is cloud-based.
• Experience using Jobber is an asset, but not required.
• Sales experience is an asset, but not required.

Schedule

We are looking for someone with 3 days of availability , with preference given to those available on Fridays.

You do not need to be located in Abbotsford as this is a Work From Home position, but preference is given to those living in the Fraser Valley and know the area.

Wage

Starting wage is $20 per hour

Advancement and a higher wage are available for those interested in shifting into a leadership role and taking on additional responsibilities.

Aniticipated Start Date: ASAP

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
