ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Distributor Service Manager offers technical support for various equipment brands, providing guidance and training to both customers and staff. They undergo continuous factory training to ensure proper installation, service, and repair of major equipment lines, aiming to minimize warranty claims and uphold brand reputation. Typically, this role is integral to the management team, fostering a professional and efficient organization that navigates existing challenges while seizing new opportunities.

· Work with both ECCO employees and vendors to develop training sessions to educate them on major HVAC equipment brands; as well as identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed

· Assist customers by phone, via email, and in-person; as well as evaluate and troubleshoot operational problems as needed

· Maintain strong relationship with all current and potential customers and vendors

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Red Seal Refrigeration certification, or Journeyman.
• Minimum 5 Years HVAC Experience, 3 Years must be field Technical.
• Minimum 3 Year advance troubleshooting and problem resolution experience
• 2 Years of providing in classroom HVAC Technical education and training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
