We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for applying eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and tints while also ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our salon. Your expertise in beauty services will help enhance our clients' natural beauty while creating a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care.
• Perform eyelash lift & tint applications with precision and care.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs.
• Promote additional services and products through effective product demos.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in eyelash extensions or related beauty services is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a background in hospitality or retail sales.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $29,328.00-$64,833.00 per year
