Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Food Servers to provide excellent service in our bustling restaurant. You’ll be working alongside a professional, close-knit team to ensure every guest has a great experience. This role will give you the opportunity to learn about our craft beer offerings, provide exceptional customer service, and grow within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take food and drink orders efficiently and accurately
• Provide menu recommendations, including beer pairings, and answer questions about the menu
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle payments, including cash, credit cards, and tips
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Upsell and promote daily specials and new items on the menu
• Be a part of a professional team, consistently striving to exceed guest expectations
