Service Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that our operations run smoothly. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Reqirements

• Prefer Bilingual Mandarin and English
• Computer and social media/Apps proficient
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Broker Management System and Compu-quote is an asset

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $16.55-$29.67 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
