Overview
We are seeking a skilled Renovator to join our team. As a Renovator, you will be responsible for performing various renovation tasks to improve and restore buildings and structures. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in construction painting, masonry, plumbing, and other related skills. Responsibilities
- Perform construction painting, masonry, plumbing, and other renovation tasks as assigned
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements
- Apply caulking and other sealants to ensure airtightness and water resistance
- Restore buildings and structures to their original condition or better
Qualifications
- Proficient in construction painting, masonry, plumbing, and other related skills
- Familiarity with schematics and blueprint reading
- Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in renovation projects
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
