The Executive Assistant/Office Manager provides administrative and functional support to the Chief Executive Officer and the senior management team. This position provides a range of administrative functions that supports the ongoing development and day-to-day business needs of Toba Centre.
The Executive Assistant/Office Manager engages in tasks and activities that support and facilitate a multidisciplinary team approach in the response to child abuse. They are a member of a collaborative team of professionals that works to reduce trauma and provide healing for child/youth victims and non-offending family members.
The Qualifications
This position requires a completed undergraduate degree, or Grade 12 Diploma plus a related Post Secondary Certificate in Administrative Assistant or Business Administration. 2 to 3 years of administrative assistant work experience is preferred.

A Prior Contact Check, Child Abuse Registry and Adult Abuse Registry Check, Criminal and Vulnerable Sector Record Check, and Winnipeg Police Enhanced Security Checks are a requirement of all Toba Centre positions.
