Wedding and Special Events Sales Coordinator

The Wedding and Special Events Sales Coordinator will be responsible for promoting and selling wedding packages, coordinating with Guests to ensure their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the planning process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our Guests.

Responsibilities:

• Promote wedding and special event packages and services to potential Guests.
• Respond to inquiries from interested couples/groups and schedule consultations.
• Conduct tours of the event space and demonstrate available services.
• Assist Guests in selecting wedding/special event packages and customizing services to meet their needs.
• Coordinate with vendors, staff, and Guests to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Oversees the day of event execution – on site on day of event to work alongside the Food and beverage team on full execution of event.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and contracts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any Guest concerns or feedback.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years previous experience in sales or event coordination, preferably in the wedding industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Knowledge of wedding trends, traditions, and best practices
• Flexible work hours
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as the business levels require
• Experience with Maestro software is preferred but not required
