Transdev Canada is looking for reliable Dispatchers to join our Call Centre team in Surrey, B.C.

Your Role:

• Provide dispatch and customer service functions to assist drivers, passengers and other staff on the radio or other required communications.
• Respond to customer, passenger or vehicle incidents.
• Assign trips to appropriate routes.
• Provide assistance to operators in the event of emergency or vehicle malfunctions, communicating with operations, safety and maintenance where appropriate

Your Profile:

• You have an excellent ability to make decisions under pressure, and can plan and schedule your work
• You have strong communication and customer service skills
• You are able to read, write, and speak English
• You offer one-year recent experience working in a Call Centre is preferred

Your location:

• This is a casual, unionized position in Surrey, BC
• Casual employees need to be available for a minimum of ten (10) days per month
