The Student Services Specialist is a key player in creating an excellent and impactful student experience. Under the direction of the Business and Customer Support Manager, the Student Services Specialist will support the university's student base, by acting as an advocate for the student's success in their chosen program of study. Using their knowledge of university policies and program curriculum, the Student Services Specialist will counsel students within a program of study and provide guidance in program and departmental procedures, policies, goals and objectives, and problem resolution.

Hours of work
This is a full-time position (35 hours per week), under regular business hours, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The position is available in Fredericton, NB, with the option to work remotely and attend in-person meetings and events, as required.
