Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and they are satisfied with the resolution
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude
Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Familiarity with phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
