Receptionist – Saturdays and On-Call

Walnut Grove School of Music & Dance, Langley, is hiring a permanent part-time receptionist. The position requires Saturdays 8:30-3:30 and on-call for vacation coverage, sick day coverage and hours during peak season. Weekdays the school is open from 1:30-9:30. The school is closed for Christmas and spring break and has limited summer hours with summer shifts being daytime. This is a perfect position for a person with children at home.

Computer literacy is essential as is a professional, friendly, outgoing manner. Candidates must be comfortable working in a noisy environment and interacting with children. A knowlege of music or dance is helpful, but not essential. Training is provided. Please submit a cover letter telling us why you are the right person for this position.
