Production Team Member

Duties include:

• Work safely and effectively in a team environment,
• Working in a fast-paced production setting, handling lumber and forest products on a production line,
• Ability to adjust to changes in process flow with a positive approach to managing change,
• Attention to detail, following quality guidelines and company standards,

Our ideal candidate possesses:

• Grade 12 High School Diploma or equivalent,
• Prior experience in an industrial environment with a preference for individuals having experience within forestry or manufacturing,
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills to add value to the team,

Working Hours:

• Days, Monday – Thursday, 6:30 am – 6:00 pm, 44 hours a week.
• Nights, Monday – Thursday, 6:30 pm – 6:00 am ,44 hours a week.
• Top Spray may include Tuesday to Saturday schedules.
• Some teams on are on straight day shift, some rotate.

Physical Demands:

• Entry-level jobs are very active, and you should be prepared to be on your feet for the day's duration,
• Regular lifting of 15-25lbs and periodically up to 60lbs may occur,
• There are numerous stairs to climb and also using various hand tools,
• Working conditions may be both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions,
• Its fast-paced work is an industrial setting with noise, vibration and some sawdust trickling down the back of your neck occasionally,
