We are currently looking to add a Winner Experience Ambassador to our Prize Payout Team. The Winner Experience Ambassador will play a pivotal role enhancing the overall winner experience both locally and remotely. In addition to supporting the day-to-day prize fulfillment experience, your responsibilities will extend to the strategic development of event goals, ensuring alignment with the organizational mission and objectives, and contributing to a comprehensive customer service program at WCLC.

WCLC is the non-profit organization authorized to manage, conduct, and operate lottery and gaming-related activities at retail and online for the governments of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba as well as The Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. We work closely with our governmental partners to bring a first-rate lottery experience to our players and meet their changing needs with new technology and tools.
