The Role

We are currently looking to add a Winner Experience Ambassador to our Prize Payout Team. The Winner Experience Ambassador will play a pivotal role enhancing the overall winner experience both locally and remotely. In addition to supporting the day-to-day prize fulfillment experience, your responsibilities will extend to the strategic development of event goals, ensuring alignment with the organizational mission and objectives, and contributing to a comprehensive customer service program at WCLC.

In joining our team as the Winner Experience Ambassador, you would…

  • Be the first point of contact either in person in the prize office or by phone & email focusing on regular prize payout functions and ensuring efficient and accurate distribution of prizes to winners during non-event periods.
  • Assist with mapping of the customer journey and contribute to the development of the departments yearly plan, working within an allocated budget, and maintain the intake process.
  • Plan and execute engaging and memorable events that elevate the winner experience for both local and remote participants.
  • Manage, negotiate, and develop relationships with vendors and contacts in the WCLC region.
  • Assist with contest prizing distribution while adhering to the organization's guidelines and governance structure.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and advertising teams to align content and design strategies for the winner experience program, including the management of promotional materials.

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience as a customer service specialist or similar customer support role.
  • Upbeat professional demeanor with strong empathy & listening skills.
  • Proven experience in event planning and facilitation.
  • Creativity in developing engaging and memorable experiences for winners.
  • Superior problem-solving skills with the ability to delegate, set and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining thorough follow through.
