The Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions Department aims to provide the Best Student Experience to prospective students from the initial point of interest in undergraduate programs at Western, through the information gathering, application and admission processes.
Student Central offers a wide variety of services for current students, future students, alumni, staff, and faculty. Services are offered in person, by telephone, by e-mail, or online through live chat. The Campus Tour Guide will provide friendly, helpful and informative tours of Western's beautiful Campus to campus guests, primarily prospective students and their families.
The incumbent will offer exceptional customer service, and provide relevant and comprehensive information to assist prospective students in their selection of an academic institution.
The Campus Tour Guide will provide friendly, helpful and informative tours of Western's beautiful Campus to campus guests, primarily prospective students and their families. The Campus Tour Guide will play a crucial role in providing a positive first impression of Western's Campus, and will act as an ambassador for the University. The incumbent will offer exceptional customer service, and provide relevant and comprehensive information to assist prospective students in their selection of an academic institution.
