We are currently looking to add to our team in Warman, SK.
Job Description
Must have experience as a Foreman.
Excellent work habits and demonstrated ability to perform job to a high degree of satisfaction.
Punctuality a must.
Must abide by our Safety Standards.
Safely handle and carry ladders and weights 100 pounds (with the assistance of other employees).
Must be able to work in confined spaces, while adhering to our safety standards.
Must be able to work at heights (bucket truck, pole climbing, aerial lift).
Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and/or clients when required.
Must have experience pulling and handling fibre optic cables.
Aerial experience is considered an asset.
Update Construction Manager of unanticipated field changes and suggest alternative plans.
Meet established company standards of appearance and demeanor at all times.
Must have a valid driver's license, own transportation and clean driving record.
Air brake endorsement considered an asset.
Comfortable pulling and backing up trailers.
Possess a good attitude and work well with other company employees, management and provide excellent customer service.
Must be self-motivated.
Travel will be required.
Majority of the work duties are completed outdoors year round.
Physical Demands
Regular requirement to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
Stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
