General Labourer

We are looking for general labourers to begin working with our preperation crews. Based on skill, experience, and/or performance we would want to train the new employees to complete waterproofing and coating installations as well.

No formal experience is requried. We are looking for motivated workers who we can count on and who can work well in a crew. Since the products that we utilize are not standard waterproofing membranes, waterproofing experinece is not required. Coating or Spray Foam Insulation experience would be helpful but is not required. Confined Space certification will be requried, but if you do not have your certificaiton then we will have your trained and certified.

General Duties

• General labour such as lifting equipment, assisting crew members, and completing general preperation and clean-up duties.
• Use of a pressure wash system to clean and prepare concrete surfaces.
• Use of hand-tools, when required, to complete surface preperation and cleaning.
• Concrete patching and repairing

Qualifications/Experience

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred, not Required)
• Confiend Space Training (Can be provided to applicants who are not yet certified)
• Coating or Polyurethane Spray Foam Insulation experience is preferred but not required
• Must be able to lift atleast 50lbs. and work in physically demanding conditions

This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in various construction industries with a focus on coating and waterproofing applications with exisiting and new technologies.

Please note that this position may require working outdoors in various weather conditions. The ability to work flexible hours may be necessary in some cases.
