Reception/Administrative Manager wanted!
Whyte Avenue Chiropractic and Wellness Centre is looking for a full timeReceptionist/ Administrative Manager to join our clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and manage intake forms
Process insurance claims, monitor email, book appointments, and receive payment.
Closely audit all transactions and bookings
Manage administrative tasks (i.e. accounts receivable, invoicing, receiving cheques, correcting claim submissions and other duties as needed)
Foster a positive working environment and provide management support to reception team
Coordinate daily tasks for patients and practitioners
Operate and maintain inventory supplies as needed
Create monthly schedule for reception team and practitioners
Light cleaning duties and maintain cleanliness in the clinic
Expected Hours: 30-40 hours per week. Ideal candidate will be available during clinic hours.
Qualifications:
Experience in office management and administrative support (preferred)
Advanced knowledge and experience with HealthQuest or Jane (preferred)
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
A strong attention to detail and is highly organized
Excellent oral and written communication skills
