Reception/Administrative Manager wanted!

Whyte Avenue Chiropractic and Wellness Centre is looking for a full time Receptionist/ Administrative Manager to join our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and manage intake forms
  • Process insurance claims, monitor email, book appointments, and receive payment.
  • Closely audit all transactions and bookings
  • Manage administrative tasks (i.e. accounts receivable, invoicing, receiving cheques, correcting claim submissions and other duties as needed)
  • Foster a positive working environment and provide management support to reception team
  • Coordinate daily tasks for patients and practitioners
  • Operate and maintain inventory supplies as needed
  • Create monthly schedule for reception team and practitioners
  • Light cleaning duties and maintain cleanliness in the clinic

Expected Hours: 30-40 hours per week. Ideal candidate will be available during clinic hours.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in office management and administrative support (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with HealthQuest or Jane (preferred)
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong attention to detail and is highly organized
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
