We are looking for Project Coordinator(s) for our Door & Hardware Division.
Door & Hardware
Responsible for providing support to the Sales Representative/Project Manager to coordinate the life cycle of construction projects for the Door & Hardware Division of the company. Which includes, but not limited to:
- Support project take-offs, estimates and quotes
- Review contracts, determine revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
- Coordinate all purchasing for the assigned projects, including preparing product cut-sheets, templates, shop orders, liaising with vendors, and tracking purchases.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Provide administrative support - billing, calendar/schedule for fulfilling project(s) goals and objectives
- Support Counter Sales – price and prepare quotes, expedite customer orders etc, as needed and/or required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Post-secondary education in the Construction Trade (2 year college certificate or diploma) or 4-5 years related work experience and/or training that demonstrates a complete or comprehensive understanding of project management.
- Computer literacy with experience relative to Microsoft Dynamics, MS Office products and a solid working knowledge in Excel.
- Excellent administrative and communication skills with proficiency in speaking and writing.
