**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department. **Duties:** - Process accounts payable and receivable transactions - Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies - Utilize accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero for data entry and financial record maintenance - Assist in account analysis and financial reporting - Support month-end and year-end close processes - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial information **Skills:** - Proficiency in accounting software such as ADP, UltiPro, PeopleSoft - Experience with accounts payable and account reconciliation - Strong data entry skills with high accuracy - Knowledge of financial systems like Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero - Ability to analyze financial data effectively This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can enhance your accounting skills and contribute to the financial success of the organization.
