Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Beverage Alcohol Sales Representative to join our team in Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be responsible for driving sales growth in grocery and convenience store channels across the Greater Toronto Area (excluding the downtown Toronto core).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key grocery and convenience store accounts
- Implement effective sales strategies to increase product placement and visibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and staff training sessions
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven track record in beverage alcohol sales, preferably in the grocery and convenience store sectors
- Excellent knowledge of Ontario's beverage alcohol landscape and regulations
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in beverage alcohol sales or other consumer packaged goods to grocery and convenience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Smart Serve certification
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience $50,000 - $62,000 annually
